QUESTION
1) I believe that value could be added to the properties in Section 94 if the 143 Acres of Environmentally Sensitive (“ES”) lands are selectively cleared of non-native vegetation (exotics) and properly maintained in a timely fashion
2) I agree with a one time assessment for the clearing of the Non-Native exotics if it does not exceed $300 per lot and the annual maintenance does not exceed ______per lot.
3) I believe that a park site in Section94 would be a value-added amenity and
should be pursued.
4) Explore the possibility of raising money for the Section 94 Property Owners Association by selling or exchanging all or part of the 24 acre parcel located north and adjacent to the Zephyr Waterway.
5) Pursue the concept of burying power lines in Section 94 and the associated costs.
6) Explore the possibility of boat ramps and the appropriate locations.
7) Possibility of dredging the canals as originally designed.
8) In the event the proposed canals can not be dredged pursue the placement of lakes in the preserve areas are large enough and appropriate.
9) Possibility of boat docks where appropriate.
